Calendar of Events
Scheduled events on this calendar are canceled or postponed
until group gatherings are safe again. The Homepage and the
Newsletter will announce Hall policies and procedures to be
implemented if we receive guidance to resume some
September 18, 2020, Quilt Show as originally planned is canceled. However,
the Quilt Show will be online during the month of October at
hesperiahall.com. Contact Meg Hontos at email@example.com if you
would like to submit a quilt(s) for the show.
October 6, 2020, 7 PM, Board of Directors meeting at the Hall; members
welcome to attend with mask and social distanced outdoor interaction.
October 16, 2020; Oktoberfest and Potluck are canceled.
October 25, 2020; Country Faire canceled; however, some events will be
held: Produce Exchange 11 AM - 1 PM; some whole pies and desserts will be
available for sale; Hall 2021 Calendars available for sale. Quilt Raffle winning
ticket selected at 1 PM.
November 20, 2020, 7 PM, Potluck canceled; however, we will conduct the
Annual Membership Meeting and election of 2021 Board of Directors; details
provided once they are finalized.
December 18, 2020, 7 PM, Christmas Potluck canceled; will provide details if
we will be able to do any group activity.
December 31, 2020, will provide details in the unlikely event that we are able
to gather for a New Year's Eve concert hosted by Bob Attiyeh and Mike
January 15, 2021; CalFire Burn Permits issues at 6:30 PM; Potluck at 7 PM;
CalFire presentation at 8 PM.
February 19, 2021; Potluck at 7 PM.
March 19, 2021; Apple grafting 5 PM; Potluck at 7 PM.
April 16, 2021; Potluck 7 PM.
April 25, 2021; Chicken BBQ and White Elephant Auction. Food served 11 AM -
2 PM; Auction starts 1:30 PM. Live music and home made desserts.
May 21, 2021; Potluck 7 PM.
June 18, 2021; Potluck 7 PM.
July 16, 2021; Potluck 7 PM, Scholarship awards and presentations 8 PM.
August 20, 2021; Potluck 7 PM, Local Officials presentations 8 PM.
August 28, 2021; Carmel Valley Double Century (CVDC) bicycle event. Riders
will start and end in King City; the Hall will host the 165 mile rest stop in the
